Payment: Please make payment within 3 days of purchase. Paypal and Bank Deposit payment options are available.

Shipping: Items are dispatched within 1-2 working days after payment is received. Express post is available for Australian Orders, please request it through messages if you do not see it available for your listing.

International orders: Please note Shipping & Handling does not include Duties, Local Taxes or any other importation Fees.

Delivery time: Orders placed in Australia with standard post are usually delivered within 3-8 working days. International Orders can take anywhere between 2-8 weeks.

Returns:  If you received a faulty item, or a product different to what you have ordered from us, please contact us within 14 working days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement for you ASAP. Some items may need to be returned to us in original unused condition to receive a refund/replacement.
