Tall fescues are generally slow to germinate.

It can take as long as to 6 weeks to get any sort of coverage(Particularly over the Winter months), however do not be alarmed this can happen. Just be patient, this is after all a premium variety so take care & do not let it dry out in the early stages of establishment.

If conditions are ideal it can germinate in 2 to 3 weeks.

The most important thing when germinating any seed is that is is kept moist at all times.

Water is the key factor.
