Filters are suggested to be changed after 10 to 12 uses or after three months, whichever comes first. Cleaning simply requires rinsing under running water to remove any residue, squeezing off any moisture, and storing in an airtight container in your refrigerator or freezer in between uses. No soap needed.

We only ship items within Australia. Please check your postal address. We use surface mail to send your goods, which means there is no tracking on this item (it is sent as a letter, with stamps). We accept returns and are always willing to help our customers. If the item arrives damaged, contact us first. We require pictures to be sent to us. Once we have assessed the damage, we will either refund or replace for a new item. We may also lodge a claim with Australia Post or the Courier Company in question for damaged items and may require your assistance.

For a change of mind or if you're not quite happy with your purchase, please contact us first. We will accept returns with the item having to be returned to us within 30 days of you receiving it, for full refund of purchase price less postage & handling costs. Note that item returned must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging with all accessories and is in a re-sellable condition. We will gladly refund you the total amount less shipping handling costs.
