The BOD2-RLY is a low cost train detector which uses infra-red light to detect trains and is ideal to
position anywhere on your layout to indicate the presence of trains.  Suitable for use in tunnels (does
not require a light source to operate).

There is a built-in relay. Normally the relay is de-energised  ("NO TRAIN"). When a
train crosses the sensor, the relay is energised. 

When the train clears the sensor, the relay is denergised after a period (adjustable).

The module can be be programmed to immediately reset when the train has cleared the sensor (ideal
for uncoupling maneuvers) or to reset after a delay (for track occupancy or driving two aspect signals).

There is also a pulse mode so the volt-free relay contacts can be connected to computer control
systems or similar (100ms to 1sec pulse, adjustable).

Requires a power supply between 12V and 25v DC or 12V to 16V AC.  There is a low current output
at +5V DC available to drive loads such as small lamps, leds or relays.  The relay contacts are volt-
free and are suitable for connection to computer control systems or similar.

Leds and wiring are not included.
