We are also an Authorised XPart Service Centre. This means that we have expert technicians on hand to help with any queries that you may have. We also fit the parts that we sell to customer cars in our workshop.

DIspatch Times

If you place your order before 2pm Monday to Friday we will generally ship on the same day. If not then it will be shipped on the next working day. If you order after 3pm on a Friday or over the weekend, we will ship your order on the Monday.

Shipping

We use 2 ways to ship parts depending on the size / weight of the item and customer requests.

The method of delivery is included in the listing. We tend to send smaller items by Royal Mail and we use UPS to ship our couriered products.

UPS is a next working day delivery service. An email will be sent to your PayPal email address with tracking details of your parcel. All our packages are automatically insured. We do not intend to make any profit on packaging costs or shipping. We automatically offer shipping discounts on all multiple purchases. You can order up to 25kg in weight of product for delivery within Mainland UK for the same basic shipping price!

Quoted shipping prices in the listings are for Mainland UK only. Highlands and overseas attract a higher shipping rate which we calculate on an individual basis.

All of our Royal Mail parcels are sent using a signed for service to offer proof of delivery. This does not mean that they have full tracking unless requested. Royal Mail does not accept any claims for lost post until after 14 days. We will always investigate any lost post for you and do everything we can to help minimise this.

We ship daily to locations all over the world and offer competitive shipping rates at cost. Our shipping rates include insurance and packaging costs.
