Returns

Need to return an item? no problem.

You may return an item purchased at the crocs eBay store within 30 days of receipt and if the item is in new and unworn condition. Items can not be returned to crocs retail stores. To return an item:

In the message space provided, please include a reason for return as well as detailed information including order number and item name, number, color, and size.
A customer service representative will receive your refund request and reply within 48 hours with detailed instructions to return your item.

Please note: Crocs does not cover the cost of shipping. We recommend that you request a tracking code and shipping receipt when you ship your return item. Crocs is not responsible for packages lost in transit.

Once we've received and inspected your returned item and determined it to be in new/unworn condition, we'll issue your refund typically within two weeks of delivery to our warehouse. Refunds are issued as credits to your PayPal account.
