Additional Returns Information for wigs

If you are not satisfied with the product or the colour isn't what you imagined, please do not try it on if you plan to

 return it. For hygiene reason, no refund

 will be made for wigs that are returned showing sign of wear, brushed ( this includes finger brushing) or as acquired

 addition odour. All wigs must be

 returned in resalable condition with all packaging and tags still intact.

We are not manufacturers of these products so please ensure that the packaging is not ripped as no refunds will be

 given for any returned item with torn packaging. So kindly return in the same condition that you've received it. Thank you.
