Payment Policy
-Immediate payment is required upon selecting "Buy It Now".
-We only accept immediate payment through the eBay checkout system.
-We only accept payment via PayPal accounts. PayPal allows you to pay using a major credit card or direct transfer from your checking account.
Shipping Policy
-We Ship the same business day if payment was cleared by 3:00 AM pst
-We ship worldwide including P.O boxes and APO/FPO
-We Use all three major shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, and FedEx)
-We only ship to your PayPal verified address
-Free domestic shipping to all US customers
-We offer different shipping services please check the items shipping policy for more details
-NOTE: International customers are fully responsible for all customs fees and import charges that might be due upon delivery
International Orders
-We only ship packages internationally through GSP (the global shipping program)
-Customer is responsible for all import charges and customs fees that might be due upon delivery
Returns
-We offer a 30 Days returns for a refund or an exchange (Buyer's choice)
-All returned items must be in the original condition received with the original box or tag
-Used and final clearance items will not be returned
-The customer is responsible for return shipping cost unless otherwise stated
-A restocking fee of 10% May be applied
-Our return process is simple and easy:
1.Find the item in My eBay and select Return this item from the More actions drop-down menu on the right side of the item
2.Select the reason for the return. (EX: wrong size or doesn't fit)
3.eBay will provide you with a return shipping label and packing slip. If a shipping label isn't available for the item
4.Pack the item carefully. Include the packing slip, apply the shipping label, and send the item back to us. You must return the item within 5 business days of requesting the return.
5.We will refund within 2 business days of receiving the returned item
