Once payment has been received from you we start preparing dispatch of your item immediately and your product is dispatched on the next available transit. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase as long as they are not used, damaged or modified in any way. If the product has been used/damaged and is returned then you will not be applicable for any refund. If the wrong items are sent or the item arrives damaged then it will be swapped over for the correct item or a new one once the incorrect or damaged has been returned.
