Vases stand 9 3/4" tall, and 3.5" across at the base.  The square decorative emblem is only on one side. The metal scroll designed handles are securely screwed into the pottery.  Not sure if it is noticeable in the photos, but the emblem is not exactly in the center of the handles.  Vases are meant to be 'distressed' looking so possibly it was done this way on purpose.  The inside is painted so most likely will hold water without penetrating into the clay.  Weight alone is almost 3 lbs.
