Original Blue Paper Mate PowerPoint refill in full working order however this will need replacing at some point 

Paper Mate and W Germany are printed around the rim of the cap and the usual Paper Mate hearts stamped into the clip

No knocks , dents or cracks , only light marks and scratches consistent with age and use
