P&P Charges: We consider our charges to be fair and reasonable for the service that we provide. All our P&P charges are clearly shown in the listing so they can be checked before purchase. Once you have purchased and it is time to leave Detailed Seller Rating feedback please consider all of the costs involved. Have a look at the P&P price shown on the invoice with the item, you will notice that there is VAT on our P&P. Please don’t email us stating that there is no VAT on postage, we are providing a service (selling the item) and any P&P charged must have the same VAT rate as the item. Then look at the actual postage price shown on the parcel, as this is the actual postage price that we paid to the post office. There is also the cost of the packaging materials. Then consider the time taken to invoice, pick, pack and deliver the item to the post office. We are a business and have to pay somebody to do this work. All of our items are generally posted the same working day as the order is received, and (postal service dependant) will generally arrive next day (1st class items). Hopefully when you consider all of the factors you will agree that our charges are reasonable for the service that we provide.
