  Anyone local to the North East of Victoria is welcome to pick up or inspect items at our retail shop. This is located at shop 2 / 159 Vincent Rd Wangaratta. Opening hours are 8.30am-5.30pm Monday-Friday & 8.00am-1.00pm on Saturdays.

  All items are posted within 1 day of the purchase date except for weekends & public holidays. Unless otherwise specified all items are sent via registered post to ensure a hassle free transaction. You will receive your tracking number via a confirmation email once the order has been posted. All items have our return address on them in case delivery is not possible and our courier chooses to "return to sender". Combined shipping rates are most welcome! In most cases we can send multiple of the same or different items in the same package and save you money, simply call or email us with the list of items you would like to purchase and we will give you a postage quote.

Either way with the surprisingly low cost of shipping and our successful international postage history it’s a smart move to purchase from us! 99% of the items we have for sale are able to be sent via our national carrier Australia post to be on-forwarded to any country in the world. We can also potentially combine the cost of shipping for multiple purchases of the same or different items, the cost is calculated by the total weight of the parcel and not the amount of items in it. We encourage anyone who would like a postage quote to simply contact us with the details of the items they wish to purchase, we can then give you the service options, prices for each and expected delivery time.

• Warranties & Returns

  A refund or replacement will be offered if the item is faulty or does not work as described. Refunds will not be issued on a change of mind basis, if the item is returned in a suitable condition to re-sell then an exchange may be considered.

• Payment & Buying Conditions

  We accept the following payment methods: paypal & bank deposit. We also have eftpos facilities for anyone without a paypal account. Please make payment within 48 hours, if you can't, please notify us of the intended payment time as a common decency. Any purchases not paid for within 5 days will be subject to an unpaid item case being opened. Tax invoices will be issued with purchases.
