This is a used washer fluid bottle reservoir pulled from a Saab 900. The part number is  4061867 and it says it fits 1990-1993 but I am not sure what they changed for it to not fit the older models. The has the cap and the filter but the plastic keeper for the cap is broken. There is no pump in this unit.
