Shipping Policy

• We ship worldwide. International shipping made by USPS with insurance but have no tracking numbers
• We also ship to PO Boxes and military addresses
• Buyer is responsible for additional shipping costs for items that are returned by the carrier, refused or undelivered.

Return Policy

• Every item is 100% brand new direct from the manufacturer (no exceptions).
• Due to health regulations, we DO NOT accept used items for return or exchange.
• We Only accept returns with manufacturer defects in the original packaging and unused.
• If non-defective is returned, 25% restocking fee and actual shipping fee will be deducted from refund.
