MINI INK CONVERTER FOR SMALL FOUNTAIN PENS

There are several small fountain pens made that use the mini ink cartridge (1/2 the length of the standard cartridge).  If you have one of these pens and you want to use bottled ink, we already know that you have few options because you cannot use the standard size converters needed for bottled ink.

Here is the solution!  A mini converter that works the same as the standard converter, but at 1/2 the length, so that it will fit any pen that can use a mini cartridge!  Yes, FINALLY, Templar Ink, LLC, (templarink.com) is making a mini converter to solve the problem.  And these work with an easy-to-use screw mechanism (just like a standard full size converter) instead of sloppy and difficult-to-use push-pull mechanisms.

What a deal!

This unique small converter (circled in red in the third picture) is the same size as a mini cartridge at 1-1/2" in length. It is shown compared with a standard size cartridge and standard size converter.

The international standard size mini cartridge varies a little in width and, while this Mini Converter is the same size as the international standard size, it may not fit the Kaweco Sport, the Visconti Van Gogh Mini Pen, and the Monteverde Tool pen.  For these pens, you may need something with a little thinner width, so see our other listing for the “Skinny-Mini” Converter - a perfect fit for those really unique pens!
