In working order, although the gift top don't open very often.  The lights on the tree change thru red, blue, and green.  The are a hand full of songs that it goes thru.  Is missing the the power cord, but works fine with battery.  Just a little under 12" tall and 11" wide.  Great addition to your collection or that cool decor piece!!!
