PayPal is our preferred method of payment. UK customers may also pay by postal order or personal cheque made payable to ARMONA TRADING. (Please note that orders paid for by cheque will not be shipped until the cheque has cleared, normally 5-7 working days.) All of our UK items are sent with free 2nd class postage, we do offer additional postage options:
1st class, special delivery, tracked and recorded for more valuable items.
We ship World Wide using excellent Air Sure Priority post.
In the unlikely event that there is a problem with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt (International returns 21 days) Please remember to enclose your invoice so that a member of our team can easily track your order and speed up the refund process. Due to hygiene purposes we regret that briefs, thongs and other intimate items cannot be returned unless faulty. Please note should you need to contact us please use the eBay messaging service, we aim to reply to all our messages within 24 hours.
Items returned must be in their original state and packaging, with labels and packaging intact.
