This is a new in the box replacement connecting rod set for 1941 through 1973 Harley big twin panhead models.  The assembled set includes front and rear rods, upper and lower rod bushings installed and sized to standard size, standard size rod bearings, aluminum cages, crankpin and crankpin nuts.  They are also very close to the weight of stock HD rods so you won't make swiss cheese out of your flywheels when balancing them (like the heavier S&S rod sets).    These fit all Harleys that use HD part # 24281-41 or 24281-41A.  A general list of models that these fit is shown below BUT buyer is to consult parts manual to confirm correct application prior to ordering.   

READ BEFORE ORDERING!!  We include this info because some people are confused about rod lengths.  We hope it helps.   ALL Japanese aftermarket replacement rod sets for 1941 through 1973 big twin Harleys use the 1974 through 1983 front and rear rods in their rod sets along with the correct earlier 1941 through 1973 crankpin.  This rod set also uses the later rods.  The only difference between the earlier rods and the later rods is that the early rods are 7.468" inches long and the later rods are 7.438".  That is a difference of 0.030".  The difference in the rod length does not change the stroke any because the flywheels make the rods go up and down the same distance BUT it does decrease the compression very slightly. (8.44:1 vs 8.5:1 using standard pistons).  If that is important to you, then you should not order this rod set or any other aftermarket rod set unless they guarantee the early 7.468" rod length.  Otherwise, you are good to go to order these, they work just fine.  If you have any other questions, just let us know.
