Control panel description
LCD:When the controller is in working condition, LCD display battery voltage so that users can get the battery voltage station directly and according to the battery voltage to adjust the size of the load and the time of use.
Following order:
1. Open the packaging to confirm that the device is not damaged.
2. Please install the controller in the specified location.(NOTE:The necessary installation space installation location should be retained to ensure normal cooling of the controller, and install the controller using the ambient temperature should not exceed the operating temperature range)
3. Please use multi-strand insulated copper wire. First determine the wire length to minimize electrical losses in the case to ensure the installation location and select the wire size accordance with the requirement.
4. Use copper cable that its length not exceed 1M and square not exceed 4 Square mm, connect the battery to the battery terminal of the rear panel, pay more attention to distinguish positive and negative. Please connect the wire to the rear panel battery terminal first and the connect it to the battery. (NOTE: Although there are anti-reverse protection, but still non-battery reverse!)
5. Please connect the output wire of the wind turbine to the wind input terminal of rear panel under the stationary or low-speed operation( choose no wind). There no positive and negative for three-phase fan.
6. Connect the POS&NEG of solar panel to the solar input of rear panel after the shadowing of the solar panels, you must connect the rear panel first and then the solar panel.
7. Carefully check whether the cable firmly without loosening, if everything is ok, remove the shelter of solar cells and release wind turbine brakes .
Failure analysis
1. Q: The fan speed immediately become very slow after it connect to the controller?
A: 1.The battery voltage reach to the float voltage
2. Rated output voltage of the fan is higher than the rated voltage of the battery, because the fan speed is proportional to the output voltage, the fan voltage will be hold by battery voltage and not very high, so the speed will be very slow.
3. Uninstall tube was burned by a erroneous operation.
2. Q: Why will the controller uninstall when the LCD display smaller current value?
A: Controller through the detection of battery voltage and charging current two parameters to control unloading, reach float voltage point, regardless of how much charge current, the fan will uninstall.
3. Q: LCD does not display?
A: 1. The battery connection is bad, check the battery cable.
2.The battery is damaged, please check and replace the batteries.
