Shipping
We ship all within the U.S territories, Hawaii, Alaska, P.O Boxes, APO/FPO and certain International countries. Extra shipping fees may apply for P.O Boxes, military bases, Hawaii and Alaska. We will ship within 1 business day or even the same day if paid by 12:00 pm pacific standard time. You will receive an email with confirmation once your item is shipped out. Please allow 2-7 business days for standard mail or 1-3 business days for Priority mail, (excluding weekends, holidays and certain weather conditions that may occur) shipping time is just an estimate. Email us for Overnight or Express mail. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR SHIPPING INFORMATION IS CORRECT. Items that are marked Undeliverable, Return to Sender, or Incorrect address will be reshipped upon contacting the buyer at buyer's expense. Buyer's will pay to reship and if no contact is made from the buyer, we will issue a refund less shipping costs we paid to ship. Items with Free shipping or combine orders will be charged for shipping accordingly to the cost of shipping we paid. ***ALL ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED WITH TRACKING CONFIRMATION TO INSURE SAFE DELIVERY.***

We accept Paypal. If you do not have paypal, please contact us for other options if possible. Payments must be made within 4 days of purchase. Our sizes are very limited and we do not hold any items until payments are made, so to insure your item will be available, please pay as soon as you can or contact us if you need more time.
RETURNS/REFUNDS/EXCHANGES
Returns/Refunds
We understand when things just don't fit right, look right or maybe just don't feel right! :) So we ask that you email us prior so we can hear from you and we will guide you to the best solution possible within 14 days of receiving your items(depending on auction listings). Restocking fees may apply, depending on situation and auctions. Items must be unworn and in the condition we shipped out. Please notify us prior for any returns so that we can give you the correct return address or start ebay's return process so we can approve the request. Please use some form of tracking to insure that your item is return safely to us. We will issue a full refund minus the original shipping fee. Combine shipping fees will be refunded accordingly to every single item returned to us. Refunds will be credit back within 1-3 days to the original payment used.
Exchanges
Sorry, due to limited inventory, we are not accepting exchanges. We recommend you purchase the correct color or size you need and return your original order to us, this way, you are guaranteed your size. PLEASE ALWAYS USE SOME FORM OF TRACKING TO INSURE SAFE DELIVERY for any returns.
When shipping back shoes, please do not use the shoe box as a shipping method (if item is New with a Box). Items must be unworn and in the condition they were shipped out for us to accept a return. If the original shoe box is damaged, there will be a $2.00 charge which we will deduct from your refund amount.
