How we grade Our Wands

Grade “A” • wands are in very good Mint cosmetics condition with no visible dent, little or no scratches almost like NEW product! • Mostly Grade A wands are taking out of Dyson Box, we will put the wand through a thorough screening process by testing it with machine.

Grade “B” • wand will have minor scratches and dents (very small dents here and there) but no major dents, we would best describe this grade as “used but well-loved condition”

Grade “C” • Wand would have couple visible dents and scratches.will not affect the AIRWAYS inside the wands, We would best describe this grade as “well used but looked after ”

Grade “D” • wand would have very visible dents and visible scratches on the outside some of the dent might affect the AIRWAYS inside the wands, but it will not affect the suction of the machines”We would best describe this grade as “good for the JOB
