Normally most orders before 2pm will
be dispatched on same day, normally we will dispatch all items in 24
Hours (working day only). Royal Mail 1st Class normally will arrive in 2-3
working days; Royal Mail 2nd Class will arrive in 3-5 working days; Royal Mail
international Airmail normally will arrive in 5-15 working days. Royal Mail
doesn't provide a guarantee of the transit time to the normal parcels (only the special delivery provides the next day delivery guarantee).

If for any reason you're unhappy with
your item purchased from us, you can return it to us in its original condition
within 30 days of the date you received your order. The product must be
returned in its original condition, with undamaged packaging, with any seals and
shrink wrap intact and unused for a refund. If the item is not faulty, the buyer
needs to pay for the return postage.
