We accept paypal, cheque or bank transfers. If you want to pay by bank transfer please contact us for details. We cannot accept direct credit or debit card payments. We prefer paypal from overseas customers, if you want to pay by other means please contact us before committing yourself to purchasing the item.
We aim to dispatch the day after payment is received. If you need the equipment urgently please let us know and we will try and give it priority.
As some of the items that we sell are old or used we do our very best to highlight any faults or blemishes that they may have. We also try to make the photographs as clear as possible. We are however human & sometimes details are missed.
We are keen for all of our customers to enjoy their purchases & don't want any of them to be disappointed. So if there are any unexpected faults with your purchase please contact us & we will do everything that we can to resolve the matter.
We will send you feedback on the day that your parcel is dispatched. We feel that your side of the agreement has been completed once payment has been made & will leave feedback accordingly.
