On offer today is a splendid genuine Sheffield Sterling Silver Handled Magniyfing glass which bears the Feather pattern which is very pleasing on the eyes. The piece has a polished finish handle and 40mm (1.5") glass X2 magnifycation . The handle is fully hallmarked with the letter z for 1917 along with the Lion and the Crown and the Makers mark which is John Biggin. The Silver handle on this particular item is good. The magnifying glass is 12 cm in length and weighs 29 grammes.
