2. The packages cannot be delivered to a PO Box due to the large volume. Package will be held until a valid physical address is provided.

3. We do not offer "free shipping" to QLD, WA, NT & TAS shipping addresses. Depending on your postcode you may incur a delivery surcharge. Please check the Postage and Payments tab and enter your postcode if you are not already logged in to your eBay account to check charges.

Damaged In Transit/Doesn't work or defective: Please inspect your delivery immediately it arrives and notify us if there are any problems. If you have received a damaged item, please you just need to click “contact seller” and talk with us via eBay message. 2. Not Received / Incorrect Item Received: If you have not received the item that you ordered, please contact us.
