Payment: We currently accept payment via PayPal. Please pay within 3days of purchasing any item from our eBay listings.
Postage: We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. We will make every effort to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of payment being received. All items are sent via the shipping method selected at time of purchase. We offer reduced p and p for multiple purchases. Please request an invoice before paying for the items and we will send you a revised invoice with a combined shipping total.
Returns: If for any reason, you are not satisfied with any Product(s) you purchase, we offer a full 'no quibble' refund or exchange policy at the cost to the Buyer (Postage & Packaging) - Item must be sent back within 14 days (Unused). We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible. Please retain proof of postage when returning your item. For items which are received damaged please email a photograph of the damaged items in the original packaging and where possible all items including damaged packaging should be returned back to our offices to obtain a full refund.
