How long does standard free delivery take?

We offer UK free delivery which is a Royal Mail 2nd Class service which can taken between 2 to 5 working days to arrive. Please note that this is not a guaranteed service so if you are in urgent need to receive you orders by a specific date we recommend you select our Royal Mail Special Delivery service which is guaranteed to be delivered by 1pm the next working day. Please note you will need to place your order by 12pm the previous day to ensure this delivery timescale.

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes we offer worldwide delivery. Exact prices are worked out automatically just before checkout. Outside of the UK we offer a standard delivery services of 5-10 days to mainland Europe, 10-15 days to the US and 15-20 days to the ROW. Please note that these are only estimated timescales as we are reliant on your local postal services to delivery promptly.

Can I get my order delivered any faster?

Yes we do offer a next day delivery to our UK customers, there is also a 3 day delivery service worldwide that is offered in conjunction with our partners at DHL. Exact prices are shown before checkout.

What if I want to return my item?

We can imagine that you cannot wait to try on your item once you got it delivered. In the event that you don't quite fit into your item, then we'll offer you the opportunity to send your itemback within fourteen working days in return for a new item in the right size. We do ask you to carefully read the information on our Sizes and Measurements Page before returning your item. Please be aware that you can only return your item on the condition that you send back the item unworn (apart from trying it on) and unsoiled including the original labels within the same delivery box. You would have to cover the mail costs to return your order yourself (unless you have received a faulty or incorrect item). Please contact us via Ebay Messages to arrange this and we'll make sure that you will get a replacement in the correct size very soon.

In the very unlikely event that you're not satisfied with the received product, we'll offer you the opportunity to send your product back within fourteen working days in return for a refund.
