Description:

HC202S RGB Pixel controller is an advanced controller that enables you to create stunning LED light displays, shop signs, LED matrixes and screens and many more applications. Each controller supports up to a maximum of 2048 pixels. More than one controller can be chained together to enable larger displays. Programs are stored on the SD card provided and can be cycled through with a push of a button on the controller. The speed of each program can also be adjusted with buttons on the controller.

• HC202S Controller can work with mini SD card.
• Power on the controller without SD card,after 20 seconds it will boot automatically call the built-in 100 kinds of patterns, can be sent to DMX512 and TTL signal.
• With SD card state,you can use the standard DMX512 to choose the built-in patterns and speed.
• Controllers can work as synchronization, synchronization signal should not exceed 50 meters.
• Controller can drive 2048 pixels maximum. The refresh frequency is 30 maximum frame rate (<512 pixel).
• The maximum distance between the controller and lighting: for TTL signal is <15 meters; for 485 signal <30 meters. For TTL signal,you can make 10 strings in parallel connection;

Shipping Policy
Our warehouse is located in Cardiff and we use Royal Mail economy services for posting small items. We use couriers for larger packages, or if you have selected 24 hour delivery during checkout.

We will ship all orders received before 2pm on the same working day between Monday to Friday. Please provide your phone number for the couriers. We will ship to your address specified on the checkout, please ensure correct shipping address is selected on your payment, as we are unable to change shipping address afterwards. 

Delivery Time
Most of our customers receive their orders within couple of days, please note we rely on economy services where the service is not guaranteed to arrive within this time, unless you select day definite delivery service. 

Collection
If you are in a rush to complete your project, you are welcome to collect your order. Our warehouse is located behind Starbucks on Newport road, Cardiff, CF23 9AE, all collections must be agreed prior as payment needs to be bank transfer or cash.

Returns
You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on its status after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Shipping costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Restocking fee
Orders under 2kg is subject to £1.90 and over 2kg is subject to £4 restocking fee.

Description errors and faulty items
We will swiftly arrange the return of the faulty item and send a replacement upon verification of the fault.
