The kit includes the following:
1 pc. LAN heatsink : 10mm(L) X 10mm(W) X 14mm(H)
1 pc. SoC Heatsink : 13mm(L) X 13mm(L) X 13mm(H) with fan included.

All heatsinks come with 3M thermal tape attached at the bottom. 
 
Installation Instructions:
 
1.  Make sure the chip modules are free from dirt and grease.
2.  Peel the thin blue protective liner on the base of the heatsink.
3.  Affix the heatsinks on the chip modules and apply firm pressure.

Notes:

              - Not all Raspberry Pis are the same, some can handle overclocks  pretty well  and some can't. Overclock speeds / capabilities may vary from one board to another.

            - The power supply recommended for this kit must have at least 1.5Amps to handle the extra load from the fan plus other USB devices. Other power supply may or may not  be able to handle the fan load. Please see my other listings for power supplies.
