- Powered by 3 readily-available and commonly-used AAA batteries(included), the Instapark IN02A PIR (Passive Infrared) motion detector with alarm is a must-have, simple, convenient, inexpensive, yet effective device for security and protection at your home, garage, shop, office, and etc. Featuring a long-range and wide-angle PIR sensor, and 2-mode selection, the IN02A can detect motion from as far as 20 feet away and act according to your mode selection, chime or alarm. To arm or disarm the alarm, simply enter your pre-programmed code. Once armed, there will be a 30-second exit delay for you to leave the area without triggering the alarm. Upon returning, there’s also 10-second entry delay for you to disarm the alarm after the motion sensor is activated, otherwise a powerful, deafening siren will go off and last 30 seconds to warn the would-be intruder, afterwards the detector will reset itself and enter the detection mode again.
- Installing the IN02A could not be easier, no wiring is required, no contractors to hire, you may just place it on a flat surface, such as a desk or table, or mount the included articulating bracket onto a wall, then snap the motion detector on the bracket securely. Better yet, the bracket tilts, swivels, and rotates to various angles to optimize the detection coverage.
