Returns/Claims Policy
Items can be returned if they are in an unused/unworn condition, faulty or not as described i.e. returned as they were sent... Items damaged during delivery must be reported within 3 days of the delivery date (5 days in cases where recorded delivery 1st or 2nd class Royal Mail services are used) to be liable for money back; we cannot accept any later than this as couriers do not allow for damage claims beyond this period, the claim would not have the necessary time to be processed. So if you have a problem please report it straight away. Items damaged during use by the purchaser cannot and will not under eBay policy be entitled for a refund; We make records of the condition items were in before they are sent for comparission. Abuses and false damage claims will be reported and will be found out. Photographic evidence of malfunction MUST be provided in all cases reported and within the first 14 days of purchase. I as the seller will cover/reimburse any postage cost you incur within these 14 days not after, and only if the claim can be verified as legitimate. Refund requests sent beyond this period (14 Days) must be covered by you (the buyer)...
