Shipping:
We work M-F year round, and between Thanksgiving and Christmas we also work weekends. We do sell on multiple platforms and we do our best to get orders out as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 2pm Eastern will likely ship that day, the next business/shipping day at the latest.

Inquiries after business hours will be answered by the next business day as we do occasionally check the account after hours, but most product specification questions need to be answered from the warehouse during regular hours.

Returns:
Returns are accepted for 30 days after the purchase date. Full refund or replacement is made for items with manufacturer defects, or in rare instances where the wrong item is shipped. Returns are accepted for a full refund for items in their original, unopened packaging, and in unused condition. Partial refunds may be made for items that have been opened, used, or are missing parts/components/packaging.
