For your protection orders over $399 will require a signature for delivery.

AK, HI, PR and Canada customers-USPS is our standard shipping method. 

USPS Mail typically takes 8-16 days to arrive to you.

Return Policy
We're a small family business and we work hard to take care of our customers! If you are not happy with your purchase please tell us. We will be sure you are taken care of quickly.
All returns need a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #) before the return is shipped back. This makes the refund process quicker. The RMA # is issued when you start a return for the item in E-Bay. We have 
Items displaying wear or with indications of use, i.e. pet hair, dirty, etc. cannot be returned. Wire break detectors, fence wire unwound and off the spool, opened battery packs, opened DNA kits and litter boxes are not eligible for refund.
Expedited shipping charges (Overnight/2nd Day Air) are not refundable.
Please read  all of the the terms and conditions before returning anything 
because an RMA at first is needed before instructing you where to return it.

If its not returned to the correct warehouse, you can expect delays and other charges
