Shipping:

  We work M-F year round, and between Thanksgiving and Christmas we also work weekends.  We do sell on multiple platforms and we do our best to get orders out as quickly as possible.  Orders placed before 2pm Eastern will likely ship that day, the next business/shipping day at the latest.

  Please use eBay messaging for any questions, we will get back to you as quickly as possible during our regular business hours 8am-5pm M-F.  Inquiries after business hours will be answered by the next business day as we do occasionally check the account after hours, but most product specification questions need to be answered from the warehouse during regular hours.

Feedback:

  We strive to offer exceptional customer service for each and every order.  Should you have an issue with your item, please contact us first, and give us a chance to make it right before leaving negative feedback.  We appreciate when customers take the time and leave us positive feedback when they are happy with the transaction, and we use eBay's automated feedback feature that leaves feedback for the customer once positive feedback is received.

Returns:

  Returns are accepted for 30 days after the purchase date.  Full refund or replacement is made for items with manufacturer defects, or in rare instances where the wrong item is shipped.  Returns are accepted for a full refund for items in their original, unopened packaging, and in unused condition.  Partial refunds may be made for items that have been opened, used, or are missing parts/components/packaging.
