How do I send my Engraving Information?
Thanks to our Online-Configurator, you no longer have to send us any Information. After you have bought your Item and completed the Purchase, you will receive an Email from us with the link to the Online-Configurator.
I have not received an Email - what can I do?
First check your Spam Folder. If you have not received an Email from us within 20 Minutes, please contact us. Our friendly Customer Service will help you in this Matter.
I would like to order several Products at the same Time - will I get several Links to the Online-Configurator?
Yes, you will receive a separate Link to our Online-Configurator for each Product ordered.
Can I take my Time with the Configuration?
A very good question! Unfortunately we have to ask you to carry out the Configuration immediately after receiving the Email with the link to our Online-Configurator, because Ebay expects its Sellers to process and send all Orders immediately. However, this is not possible for us if we do not have your Engraving Information yet. In such cases, we unfortunately have to cancel the Purchase and ask you to order the Item again at a later Date.
When do I get my finished Order?
All Orders received by 2 p.m. are engraved and dispatched at the same Working Day. The Duration of the Delivery Time depends on the Shipping Method and the Place of Delivery. Since we ship from Germany, this should not take longer than 3-5 Working Days.
