Fluorite (fluorite in English, not to be confused with the term fluorine which in the same language means fluorine) is a mineral known since antiquity. Its name comes from the Latin fluere which means fondant, an allusion to its action as a fondant. Its common name in the industry is fluorspar. It is composed of calcium fluoride, CaF2. It has a cubic crystal structure; its habitus is often cubic, although octahedral and dodecahedral crystals are not uncommon.
The color of this mineral is extremely variable: pure, it is colorless and transparent; but it can also be white, yellow, red, green, blue, orange, brown, purple, indigo and pink. Like all calcium-containing minerals, it colors the flame a characteristic orange-red.

Returns / Exchanges: - Before any return, please obtain an agreement by email, in order to process the return under the best conditions. - An item can be returned to us within 15 days of its dispatch (postmark being taken) provided that it has not been worn and that it is sent back in its original packaging. - The return postage costs incurred by a return are the responsibility of A Bijoux after the customer's request. - We will exchange the item for another model. - A refund will be possible IN THE FORM OF A CREDIT.
