RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your item(s), returns are accepted within 30 business days of receiving your shipment. All returns must be unopened and/or unused. A re-stocking fee of 20% will be applied to ALL returns. Please contact us prior to returning your item(s) for a return merchandise authorization. Please exercise care in preparing the return package so that damage is not incurred in transit. Refunds will be issued after we receive the returned item(s).
SALES TAX
For shipments to ILLINOIS addresses, we are required by State law to collect 8.25% Sales Tax.
SHIPPING
Paid orders are shipped Monday-Friday. Orders paid Friday-Sunday ship on Monday. Payments made within 24 hours of checkout will ensure that shipping occurs promplty. Please take into consideration the cost of handling in our shipping price. We do our best to keep our shipping prices as low as possible. PLEASE NOTE: multiple item orders may ship from multiple distribution centers. "FREE SHIPPING" items are only shipped free of charge to addresses in the Contiguous United States.
