What is E-Z SQUEEZE? It is a brand name for our product that makes using collapsible tubes more convenient.

There are many types of collapsible tubes in the world, some of the products come out easily, and some require more effort. Thick products like toothpaste, creams, nappy ointment, etc. require more effort and work to get the product out. Many of us don’t think about this problem anymore because we are so used to it. Some of us throw away the product when it gets low, because it’s not worth the effort. Innovation is everywhere, but we continue to see the same squeeze tube with the same dilemma of getting the thicker products out of these tubes.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

FAB INNOVATIONS uses Australia Post for all deliveries. All parcels will be delivered to the provided shipping address. Parcels will be dispatched as soon as payment has been processed. Allow normal postage times for delivery.

Postage and handling for Domestic orders

We are offering FLAT RATE of AU$7.50 for all domestic orders. Order will be send through Australia post – Regular parcel post. This postal service expects delivery within 1-5 business days after shipment dispatched.

Postage and handling for International orders

International orders will be ship via Australia Post International Airmail OR Australia Post Express Post International.

- International Airmail is a less expensive option for delivery goods overseas. Delivery times vary between 3 – 10 business days to most countries*

- Express Post International. (Delivery times vary between 3 – 6 business days to most countries*)

All shipping costs are based on the weight of your order, where it is being shipped to, and the shipping method you selected. You will see the postage cost on your order once you fill in your address in “Calculate Shipping” section on shopping cart page.

*For estimated delivery times to you country please visit "Australia Post website" and select your country to view the estimated times on each delivery service. A limited list of prohibited products is also listed on website for each country.

Delivery times are an estimate only. Delivery time does not include any time parcels may spend in the destination countries customs service.

All items purchased from FAB INNOVATIONS are made pursuant to delivery arrangements. This means we are not responsible for any loss or damage attributed to Australia Post or couriers handling.

Incorrect Shipping Address Given By Customer

If an order is refused or returned to us due to inaccurate or incorrect address information or because it was declined or undeliverable, FAB INNOVATIONS reserves the right to retain the original shipping/handling fee and to charge the payment method originally used for costs we incur related to the return of the undeliverable packages or merchandise to us.

REFUND POLICY

Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. Refund will be given where goods are faulty or are not as described. Customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving goods to arrange the refund. Goods must be returned to our warehouse within 14 days of the customer receiving the item/s. Faulty ordered goods must be returned with original packaging. All faulty ordered goods returns will be checked and approved before given a refund. It is your responsibility to pay the return shipping cost / (if any) import duties and taxes (VAT) on returned goods to Fab Innovations. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they have a proof of delivery for goods returned to us.
