If you ever wanted to add the Remote Control Option for your Fuel Burning Heater, then this is the kit for you.
The Remote Kit will allow you to switch on the internal fans of your Discovery 4 /Range Rover Sport and start the Fuel Burning Heater. This is great for the cooler months as it will help to protect your investment in your Discovery 4 / Range Rover Sport, by warming up the water around the engine/heater making the car easier to start and very quick to reach operating temperature. The internal fans will push air to the front windows during the colder months.
It will help to reduce the damage caused by 'Cold Starts' by warming the engine up before you start the car.
I've used a Fuel Burning Heater remote kit for many years and my own Discovery is currently on 231,000 miles!
During warmer months, the fans will circulate fresh air on the inside of the cabin, to reduce the built up heat.
Supplied parts include the Receiver which can be easily fitted into the boot, right hand panel area, Aerial which connects to the receiver and can be placed anywhere behind the panel or up to the window area. And the LandRover Remote plipper to allow you to switch the FBH on and off as needed.
The park heat pre-heats or cools the vehicle with remote control and seven day timer* (*Remote option only if no large screen fitted) . Diesel only. Only available for vehicles fitted with Telestart park heater.

If I personally have ever enabled the timed climate heater on your Discovery4/RRS, then you will already be configured to get this working.
If it came from the factory already enabled for timed climate, you may still need the configuration enabling for remote function to work.
If you don't have timed / remote climate already, then this will need enabling by your local LandRover Independent Service Centre or I can provide additional services to fit and enable it as one of my many updates available.
