Shipping Information ~

We ship Worldwide.

If your package is returned back to us for any reason (wrong address or didn't get picked up at your post office), you will be responsible for paying shipping expenses to resend it back to you. If we make a mistake on the address and it gets returned, we will reship at no expense to you!

Please allow a 2-3 business day (Monday-Friday) processing time from when your payment clears Paypal until your package ships. This does not include Weekend's & Holiday's.

International Buyers;

You are responsible for any duty/taxes that are due in your country for receiving your package! Customs form information we list is as follows; we list the price of the product only not shipping and all orders are declared as ‘Merchandise’.

To the best of our ability we provide accurate sizes, please be sure to measure your doggie to get the correct fit.

Payment Information ~

We accept Paypal. Payment is due within 3 days, otherwise on the 4^th day ebay will open a unpaid item dispute.

Returns and Refunds ~

Product must be returned in original packaging and undamaged. Buyer pays all shipping costs and it will not be refunded. Refund is given for item only! Not any shipping costs. Please notify us before returning a item or a refund may not be processed.
