Payment:

  • We accept Paypal and major credit cards through Paypal only.
  • Personal checks through Paypal may take up to 10 days to clear. And we will ship order after receiving cleared payment.
  • Payment must be made immediately after placing order.



Shipping Policies:

  • We ship to Paypal verified address only.
  • We do not ship to  P.O. box, APO, FPO.
  • We ship order same or next working days of receiving cleared payment.
  • Buyer must provide valid phone number for the delivery.
  • In case expedited shipping method is selected; If buyer does not provide day phone number or provide invalid phone number for delivery, we do not respond for package lost or delayed.
  • If shipping address is in South America, South Africa, and standard shipping method is selected, we do not respond for package lost or delayed. Transit time can take up to 2-3 months.

  • Russia: Express shipping is available only for company or commercial address.  For residential address, we ship via Deutsche Post with tracking number.  Transit time is generally 10-21 working days, however it can take up to 6-8 weeks if there is delay at customs, mostly happen during end of year.

  • Croatia, Germany, Latvia:  We use Deutsche Post as default shipping.  Transit time is generally 7-21 working days. In case of expedited shipping selected, it may have high import tax and fee and these are buyer's responsibilities.
  • Argentina: Customers in Argentina must fill out import forms. Courier will contact you when package arrives.



Return Policies:

  •  We accept return only new/unused item which returns within 14 days of delivery. 
  •  To eligible for full refund on item price, item must be returned in its original condition, never used.
  •  Our return addresses are in the U.S., Thailand, Turkey, Mexico, and Spain
  •  No refund for shipping cost.

 

Import Duty, tax, and fee:

  • Import duty is exempted for U.S., Australia, and New Zealand.
  • Import duty, tax, and fee are buyer's responsibilities.
  • In case of expedited shipping selected and if package is inspected by customs, it may have brokerage fee. Maximum brokerage fee that we will cover is 15 USD. Buyer must provide a receipt and we take about 3-5 working days to request carrier for breaking down cost. Then we will refund that amount to your order.
  • Customers in Brazil must provide CPF or CPNJ number and valid day phone number.
  • Shipment document; we declare FOB value on invoice. FOB value may be lower than your order amount.
