Our refurbished or used Laptops are covered with 3 months warranty for hardware repair including labour. This is a Return To Base warranty. This means that we receive the PC in our office for warranty repairs. There will be a charge of GBP 29.99 covering postal charges to drop off the PC to customer premises. Physical damage to PC or parts in addition to software related issues are not covered in the warranty.

This 3 months warranty does not cover software problems including damage by viruses or malware or the operating system failing.  In the case of any software related problems we will do our best to help the customer but will not be responsible for repairing the machine.

The buyer is responsible for ensuring any games they own or purchase are suitable for the Laptop. We do not take responsibility for any games that are not compatible as we don't test our Laptops with games.

Note :

Please bear in mind we dot not guarantee the duration of any batteries, batteries are consumable items and therefore are not covered under warranty, brand new batteries are available to purchase from eBay for under £15 and if required we will help the buyer by providing a direct link on eBay for a new battery. Also this laptop is not fit for windows 10 due to less ram and processor.
