Note this design is different to the stock bell crank and from other copies.

The design incorporates a change in the lever angles so the change in the rod eye lengths does not affect the gear lever position.

 Some copies do not allow for this and you may experience difficulties in getting the correct gear lever position resulting in removing the gear lever mechanism and adjusting the cables ..something that is not necessary with my design.
