Here at Global Z Fitness the staff is very passionate about the Zumba Fitness program and all of its products!  Please feel free to call us M-F between the hours of 10am and 6pm Pacific time at 858-935-9105.  If you wish to place a bulk order at a discounted rate the easiest way to go about this is by calling us, but you are also welcome to place orders of any size over the phone.  We always love to speak with our customers about any possible questions and concerns - we pride ourselves on our ability to help with sizing questions, assisting in finding the perfect gift for a friend, aiding in deciding which DVD is best for a particular person’s ability and goals, instructions on how to purchase multiple items, etc.  If you email us we aim to respond as quickly as possible, but please do allow up to two business days as we are a very small company and occasionally get backed up.     

International Customers: If you need your orders to be received quickly, we urge you to upgrade your shipping to Priority or Express Mail.  If you choose the default option of first class mail please be aware that it is not uncommon for orders to take up to a month to arrive and occasionally they may take even longer than this!  

 

**International Customers: Should customs fees occur, they are the sole responsibility of the buyer**

Return Policy: Please do not take off the tags until the item has been thoroughly inspected, as we do not accepts returns without tags.

Gifts: If you would like anything gift wrapped we are happy to do so, FOR FREE!  If you are interested in this service, please just email us before paying on paypal so that your package does not accidentally get shipped first.  Wrapping Paper choices include Happy Birthday, Christmas or Season's Greetings.
