Our Policy
Shipping
- Items will be shipped out within 24 hours after payment cleared and we will send you a shipping confirmation email. All shipments will be carry out by USPS First Class mail. It will normally take 3-5 business days to receive order. However, delivery time may varied depends on USPS postal process, especially during holiday seasons. Tracking number will be provided via email once the item has been shipped.
- Our local post office is closed Saturdays & Sundays, therefore we do not ship on the weekends. Weekend orders will be shipped out the following Monday morning.
- We only ship to the confirmed addresses provided by PayPal. Before you pay, please make sure your address on PayPal and eBay matches the address you would like us to ship to. We will not be responsible for lost items shipped to non-PayPal verified address. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses given on your eBay or Paypal.
- All free shipping options is available for US customers only. International customers will be responsible for the shipping & handling costs at checkout.
- We promise each item will be shipped, but sometimes package might be lost in transit or stuck at a USPS processing center. This sometimes happens with USPS. Please contact us and we will open a package search investigation case with USPS. Please allow additional 3-5 business days for USPS to conduct the search after case opened. If they find the package, they will re-deliver it to you immediately. If they do not find the package, we will ship out the same item again to you immediately, or you can request for your money back with no hassle.

Return & Exchange

- Normal returns with no defects- Please ship back the item to us within 30 days of purchase, in the original state as when you receive the package. Items must be unworn, and unwashed. Buy with confidence, now offering free returns. Please go through the eBay return process and we will issue you a prepaid return label. We will issue refund upon receiving the return item and also after examining the condition of return item.
- Manufactured defects- Please message us and upload pictures of the defective sites on the product. Once we receive the pictures we will either issue you a full refund, or ship out a replacement order with no additional cost to you. There is no need to ship the defective items back to us.
