These products listed above are 100% GENUINE name-brand cosmetic products. They come from shelf pull-outs and overstock inventories. This is to give you Amazingly LOW Prices for the brands that you love.

Please note that some items:

  • May have stickers/sticker residue on containers.
  • May not be sealed.
  • May be loose or without a box.

Rest assured that the items are new and never been used. (pictures of the actual items are displayed in the gallery). We will try our best to list the items as accurately as possible. If there are some flaws that we haven’t noticed, please message us and we will do our best to resolve them.

Defective Item Policy:

  • If the item is defective or damaged upon receipt, please free to message us on eBay describing the defect/damage (with a picture if possible) and We can work on a replacement (depending on availability) or refund for you!

Shipping:

Domestic:

  • We are happy to get your item to the post office within 24-48 hours after your payment has cleared. We ship products using USPS First Class Package, therefore it could take up to 3 to 10 business days for your item to be delivered. Tracking information available for all domestic buyers.

 International:

  • International shipping can take up to 30 days for your item to be delivered. Please, be aware of your local customs office for details on how you can claim items if your package has been delayed longer than 15 days above normal delivery time.
  • Depending on the country International shipping delivery can take 3 – 8 weeks, sometimes longer.
  • International customers may be responsible for customs fees and experience longer shipping times due to customs-related delay.
  • International USPS First Class packages do NOT have tracking.

Return Policy:

We are proud to offer 100% satisfaction guarantee within reason.

  • We will accept returns within 14 days received item within reason. Please send us a message on eBay first for authorization, so we can discuss means to an amicable solution.
  • Refund will be made in the same method as it was received. If you paid by Paypal - you will get a Paypal refund.
  • Buyer will be responsible for their own shipping fee to return the package back to us.
  • All returns must be in original condition. The cost of shipping the item is non-refundable and the buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. Since, we offer FREE SHIPPING in all or almost all my items, the actual shipping cost we paid to ship to you will be deducted from your refund. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt for any return.

 Wrong Address Policy:

  • If you do not receive your package within the estimated time of delivery given, please send us a message on eBay so we can have it investigated and we can help retrieve or replace the item/s.
  • If the package is Returned to Sender due to: “insufficient address”, “wrong address”, “addressee unknown” or any reason given of this nature, we will notify you via eBay messaging. We will ask you new address and require you to pay the shipping fee to resend the package or we can issue a full refund.
