Item CANNOT be returned if red security tag and/or original tag is/are removed- Including authenticity issue.  NO EXCEPTION! 

Item must be in the same condition as when received with all accessories and no signs of wear/use-especially for shoes.  If not we will either send back at your expense or give partial refund! 

Buyer is responsible for returning shipping unless it was an authenticity issue. 

To qualify for authenticity return, you must have a written note/letter from an authorized retailer stating that the item is NOT authentic.
