Payment

We accept payment via Paypal. Items will be dispatched within 1-3 days of cleared payment. In most cases this will be instant clearance. Business hours are Monday to Friday except Australian public holidays.

To assist us to ship your order as quickly as possible, it would be appreciated if all payments are made within 3 days of ordering. If payment are not made within 3 business days, order will be cancelled and relist. 

Postage

Items will be shipped within 2 business days. We are happy to combine postage for multiple purchase so you can take advantage of discounted shipping. Please inquire for combine shipping

We offer Standard Registered Post, but please feel free to let us know if you want items to be shipped by Express Post. Please note that additional surcharge will incur.

Refund and Exchange

All items are sent in good condition and well packed. If your item got damaged during transit, or if you are unhappy with the purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will do our best to resolve your issue.
