All parts sold come with a standard warranty and we also offer extended warranty options for even greater piece of mind.

GOLD

• 12 months or 20,000 km's (whichever comes sooner) from the time of purchase for the replacement of purchased parts.
• 12 months from the time of purchase, all labour expenses are covered. Total labour is capped at $1,000.00 (Inc. of GST) and is to be charged at the TACC rate of $66.00 (Inc. of GST) per hour.

SILVER

• 6 months or 10,000 km's (whichever comes sooner) from the time of purchase for the replacement of purchased parts.
• 6 months from the time of purchase, all labour expenses are covered. Total labour is capped at $1,000.00 (Inc. of GST) and is to be charged at the TACC rate of $66.00 (Inc. of GST) per hour.

STANDARD

• Coverage for a full 3 months / 5,000 km's (whichever comes sooner) from the time of purchase for the replacement of purchased parts.
• Labour expenses are not covered.

Making a claim:
To make a claim please contact us in writing clearly outlining any fault or issue with the supplied part(s) and include your proof of purchase. We will then reply to advise of the next steps in the claim process.

Conditions:

• All parts are supplied with a 3 month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty supplies customers with components to rectify any issue that occurs with the part during this period. This DOES NOT include labour costs. Tasmanian Auto Recyclers reserve the right to use new, aftermarket or recycled parts for this purpose.
• It is solely up to the purchaser to ensure the suitability of any part prior to installation.
• Any claim must by supported by the original proof of purchase.
• Under no circumstances are repairs to be undertaken without the prior written consent of Tasmanian Auto Recyclers.
• All claims will be immediately dismissed if the part has been pulled apart, modified or had repairs attempted in any way.
• Tasmanian Auto Recyclers will not be responsible for any loss incurred as a result of any fault with any supplied part.
• All engines are sold long bare unless otherwise noted. If you are unsure what this means or what is included please contact us.

• Installed correctly.
• Use correct components and consumables as per the OEM's recommendation.
• Be used for the intended application.
• Maintained correctly as per the OEM's recommendation.

Tasmanian Auto Recyclers can freight your parts anywhere in Australia, quickly and cost effectively.

All parts are packaged securely and we use reputable carriers to ensure your parts arrive safely.

We also offer pick-up options (between 8.30am and 5pm, Monday to Friday) from Tasmanian Auto Recyclers. If you would rather pick up your purchase please be sure to let us know via eBay message. Items must be picked up within 7 days of purchase.

Large items (including but not limited to engines and transmissions) must be delivered to a business address or freight depot unless prior arrangements are made.

Please note we cannot ship large or heavy items to P.O. Box addresses.
